dead beat dad-owes son over $11,000 black male, 5'8", medium
build, smoochs off of white women profusely! help me catch him!
he last lived in roanoke or norfolk and worked at a burger king
in the area for quite a while until about june of 2001. please
help! as of 1996 this man had at least seven children. he has to
