Hi my name is Delayna and I am looking for my uncle Jarrel Raymond Derrick I belive that his name has changed because of the adoption. He was adopted in the Hemet Valley Hospital on 3/4/75 he is 29 years old. His bio mothers name is Celeste Hamilton and the bio fathers name is Charles Derrick but he past away.If any one can help me find him or give me any imformation I will be so blessed.
