In search of my daughter's father George Drass Jr. last known to be in the Orange Co. FL area

I am searching for George Drass Jr. He is the father of my two oldest children. His daughter wishes to see her dad again. She has not seen or heard from him since the death of his father in 1989. The last information I keep getting on his whereabouts is in the Orange Co. FL area. I do not have a phone listing for him and the address that I have found for him appears to be wrong. I have a SSN for him and other additional information but it seems to have stopped a year or so ago. He does not show up anywhere as deceased. I have checked crimminal records to see if he may have been in jail and this also comes up with nothing. I live in Pa so just to drive to that area and ask questions is something that I am unable to do. I would appreciate hearing from someone who may be able to ad me with this search. As I have stated before I have quite a bit of information but it all just seems to go cold. I am not sure of what to do next. I have thought about trying to post an ad in the local newspapers in that area but I am not sure of how to find them online. If you can help please drop me a line.
