Looking for Verna de Vylder, married Gierl, remarried ???

I'm searching for

Verna de Vylder
* about 1941

married June 11, 1960 in Chicago, Cook County, IL, USA to

Franz Emanuel Ingo Gierl
* January 10, 1939 in Munich, Germany
+ September 21, 1964, Chicago, Cook County, IL, USA

As far as I know she remarried about 1 - 2 years after Franz' death. But I don't have her current last name (that's the main problem).

I've been told her parents came from France.

Franz was my uncle. I never met (I'm born 1969) and I only know some stories about him. Also only 5 pictures of him are left. I try to contact her to get to know more about my uncle, also because everbody told me that I remind
them of Franz.

So did ever anybody heard of her? I could provide a picture of Franz and Verna if necessary. It was made at the day of their wedding.

I've already checked all possible genealogical websites, but without success.

I really appreciate any help. I'm searching now for several years.
