Searching for older adopted brother

Birth name was Donnie Ray Lewis.
Born Buxton Hospital,Newport News,Virginia
Dont know exact birthdate,but he is between 55 toto 57.Im told that he was adopted by a Airforce Officierwho was in school at a base in are close to Newport News Virginia.
His name was Leonel W> Sparks
Adopted mom was Tara M> Sparks The adoption was finalized Dec.4 1953.He was taken to MamaiFlorida.His namewas respelled Donny Rae Sparks
last known address was 31934W.Lincoln DR. Miami Florida
This address no longer exist.
I am the youngest child so he doesnt know about me and maybe he doesnt know that he has a full brother also.
