We would like to invite you to participate in the first annual America’s Maritime Miss pageant. This pageant is dedicated to the maritime that has made the state of Maryland so famous. This pageant is open to all contestants in the U.S. and not just concentrated on contestants along the east coast. So everyone come to the lovely state of Maryland and tour our wonderful waterways and museums, eat some Maryland blue crab, soak in some civil war history and compete for the title of:
2003 AMERICA’S MARITIME MISS
7 age divisions, 5' trophies, large crowns, elegant satin embroidered banners, scepters, crown pins, flowers, $100 Savings Bond, surprise gifts
One overall grand winner:
7' trophy, Miss Universe 7" round bucket crown, queens robe, scepter, gorgeous satin fully decorated, embroidered wrap banner, crown pin, roses, $200 Savings Bond, 14k gold necklace, surprise gifts
EXCITING NEW AWARD TO BE AWARDED WITH THE PARENTS IN MIND!
BEST MARITIME SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD
This award will be awarded to one parent that exudes the best sportsmanship that should be shown at a pageant. This award is a very coveted award, for pageantry teaches our children self-respect and the respect for others and as parents they learn from our behavior. There is no charge for this special award but the prizes are FANTASTIC! It is my way of thanking all of the parents for their hard work and dedication to pageantry and for the support of my pageant system. The staff of the America’s Maritime Pageant system will be judging the parents/guardians of the contestants throughout the pageant on their sportsmanship only. The sportsmanship award will be awarded during the crowning ceremony. Winner of the Best Maritime Sportsmanship award will receive:
Banner
Crown pin
Flowers
$50 Gift Certificate “THE OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE”
Just a few highlights of the pageant.
We will have a Certified Public Accountant tabulating the scores at the judges table as they are handed down to him. Scores sheets will be given to all contestants and the master score sheet will be posted at end of pageant to be viewed. I am excited about our new pageant system and we are all about fairness and professionalism. Glitz and non-glitz will both be welcome and judged equally. Email for more details!
