\built for sprints, not long distance, the stallion's breed fails him. he gasps in short breaths, his legs still churning up the distance. the mare's small frame may be a disadvantage, but her breed's stamina and her more aerodynamic body shape would outweigh her size. he struggles as well, feeling fatigue sinking into his bones/
