Is there a new gal pal for one of the *NSYNC boys? By the looks of it, yes,
but we're not sure who exactly. During a recent interview with Lance Bass and
Emmanuelle Chriqui for their new flick "On the Line," we noticed that the two
looked awfully comfortable with each other. When Lance was asked about
something romantic that was done for him, Chriqui jumped in to say, "I did a
romantic thing for Lance ... in the friendship way." While she made sure to
say "friendship," we still noticed that she couldn't stop gushing over this
little romantic notion she did for the *NSYNCer.
"It was this silver picture frame," Chriqui continued to explain. "It was
Lance's first movie, this was my first leading-lady role. It was a really
special set. I had gotten him a silver picture frame and in it was an amazing
picture of us when we were both in costume and there was the beautiful
Chicago skyline in the background and I signed it, 'Look up ... Love, Abby.'"
This very thoughtful gesture left both stars with wide grins on their faces.
Later in the week, Katrillion spotted the two during an appearance on "The
Ricki Lake Show," where Lance did a little bump 'n grind with Chriqui during
a musical performance from Meredith Edwards.
Yet, just to make things a bit more confusing, USA Today reports seeing Lance
with a new girlfriend, who goes by the name of Laura. According to the
report, Lance and Laura are old high school friends who have now fell in
love. Laura was not willing to give out her last name. The two were spotted
at the premiere of On the Line in New York City.
Although Emmanuelle and Lance have made it a point to say they are "just
friends," we feel there may be love in the air between the "On the Line" duo.
However, we are also keeping an eye out for this new, or shall we say, old
girlfriend, Laura.
