Integrity is defined as soundness of moral character (The Random House Dictionary). Are the heresy hunters and their wannabes displaying soundness of moral character when they make false accusations about those whom they have targeted? Are they displaying soundness of moral character when they misrepresent what someone believes by taking their statements out of context and misapplying them? Are they displaying soundness of moral character when they claim to be investigating their target, then lie about their so-called findings? Are they displaying soundness of moral character when they resort to name-calling and innuendos? Are they displaying soundness of moral character when they take scripture out of context and misapply it in an effort to "prove" their target to be a heretic? Lastly, are they displaying soundness of moral character when they use government property for their own personal use?

The answer to the above questions is obviously "NO!" Thus we have to conclude that the heresy hunters are without moral soundness and as a result, have no integrity. They cause the very division within the Body of Christ that they accuse their targets of. In fact, they, themselves are guilty of the very things they accuse their targets of doing. The goal of the heresy hunter is to tear down and destroy the Body of Christ, rather than to lift it up. Since we know that it is satan who comes to kill, steal, and destroy, we have to conclude that the "heresy hunters" and their wannabes are nothing more than blind tools of Satan, being led about by his every whim, attacking and attempting to destroy the works of God and those whom God is using.
