Have you noticed the heresy hunters seem to be from some form of independent church or another. In other words they probably have fallen out with their home organization and decided to follow their own new revelation and all others are lost. I have noticed that there are many heresy hunters from out here in West Texas. Most of them are some form of independent Baptist church. They tend also to think that God Himself wrote the KJV of the Bible and that all others are heretical and were written by inspiration of satan himself.

Please don't think that I am taking pot shots at Baptists. I certainly am not. I hesitated to write this post because of this concern. This is just something that I have noticed when chasing back some of the heresy hunters to their roots.
