Jesus "in nature" was fully human, but that does not mean that Jesus was born with the stain of original sin, or had the "sin nature" passed to every human since Adam and Eve.
Jesus was "begotten" not made, with "begotten" referring to His uniqueness as Theanthropos, the God/Man.

Jesus had to be fully human in order to "fulfill the Law", which is to say, that Jesus did what we cannot do, live a perfect life in accordance with the Law of God, and thus satisfy the Requirement of the Law of keeping the commandments.

Jesus also had to be fully Divine because of the nature of sin committed against Infinite God.
The one sin of Adam is infinitely offensive to Infinite God, therefore, it took the Infinite Goodness of Jesus Christ to cover infinite sin through His sacrifice on the Cross.

BTW, temptation does not equate to sinning. Temptation comes from an exterior source and is an offer to sin, if one chooses to follow that temptation.

For instance, you could be tempted to decapitate a 3 month old baby and feed it to a dog.

However, would you be capable of following that temptation?

Its sin to give in to the temptation, not be tempted itself.
