Notice that God has NO VARIATION, so the question is what does "VARIATION" mean? Let's find out.

Webster's 1828 Dictionary: VARIA'TION, 1. Alteration; a partial change in the form, position, state or qualities of the same thing.

In James 1:17 we read that God cannot change in any shape, form, and character, basicly He cannot change at all.
