I just posted a response with a similar sentiment to what this makes me think of. Does the situation need to be "fixed"? Any chance that it is what it was intended to be because that is what this group of people needs it to be, and now we must include you in that group? Could it be that there are lessons here for everyone to learn and the dynamics, however unpleasant, actually are created in such a way to give each individual their personalized lesson?

Seems to me that nothing is broken. From my perspective we've got a lot of miscommunication and misattribution that has lead to hurt feelings and anomisities. The "real test" is whether people are "big enough" to get over their pride and egos and admit to themselves they've been hurt, caused hurt, and are preventing "real communication" so that misattributions and miscommunications can be corrected. As I've watch and tried to help, it seems I too have been "sucked into" the mess so to speak. It's become a bit of a struggle to free myself from the mess. One of the "lessons" for me is now quite clear.
