ICQ is an instant messanger service, very much like MSM, ( MSM = Micro soft Messenger)

If you have some bodys ICQ number, you can talk to them whenever they are on line. Its a free down load, from memmory its www.icq.com ( may be wrong i am old after all )

The great benifit IS, you can invite just people you know to games, avoiding any air head that may reply to an add in GS.
