jim, i was in this unit from 5/67 to 4/69. we were attached to the big red one for most of my tours in phouc vin, quan loi and finally in long bin.i was a radio op/mechanic/chief and got to know most of the men but i never kept a list and don't remember many except the one's i was around most. most of my pictures are from mid '67 to end of '68.if i can help you in some way, let me know. i am just starting to research the 168th while in vn but have found nothing so far, but i've just started. if you have any leads to web sites or people , please let me know. i just looked at my pictures and sgt james worley was the commo chief when i arrived in 5/'67.he was a 28 year old white guy who had reinlisted. we called him "grandpa" because of his advanced age. the other commo guys who may have been there when you were are richard brock from georgia[white] and peter wilson[white] nicknamed "peter 13", no doubt for the 13th letter of the alphabet, m for marajuana. sincerely, tim sells
