Three traveling salesmen break down and have to stay over at the farmhouse. --The farmer's three daughter's are obviously flirting with the guests.

The farmer gives the three traveling salesmen a bedroom, where they would have to walk past his own bedroom to get to the bedrooms of his daughters.

The farmer tells the three traveling salesmen that he keeps a shotgun in his bedroom and that he will shoot any bastard who tries to visit any one of his daughters during the night.

One by one the first two traveling salesmen sneak by the farmer's bedroom.
Each time the farmer hears them and says "Who is that?"
Each time they answer ---- "Meow". meow" Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Each time the farmer says "Oh it is just that dumb cat", and goes back to sleep.

When the third tries to sneak by the farmer's bedroom, the farmer awakes and says "Who in the hell is that?"

The third salesman says --- "It is the cat!"
