((( The scene opens and Jack and Sherry walk down the lanes at Toys R Us. It isn't too busy, seeing as it's so late at night. )))

Sherry: "Aren't you a little old for this, Jack?"

((( Jack looks at Sherry in disbelief. )))

Jack: "What?! No way!! Toys for life, baby!!!"

((( Sherry frowns. )))

Sherry: "Well at least get somethin' that was meant for boys"

((( Jack looks down and jumps as he sees some Barbey thing in his hands and drops it, holding up his fingers in a cross at first, but then whiping them off on Sherry's shirt. )))

Jack: "How th' hell did that get there?"

((( Sherry rolls her eyes. )))

Sherry: "Can we go? People are lookin' at us strangely."

((( Jack grabs Sherry by the hand and drags her along. )))

Jack: "So what?! Fuck them! C'mon!"

((( Sherry catches the glance of a parent. )))

Sherry: "Hey! Don't swear in front of kids!!"

((( Jack rolls his eyes as they near the video game section. )))

Jack: "Ah, they already know those words anyway!!"

((( Jack rounds the corner and sees a guy playing some game on a Playstation 2 set up furriously speaking some sort of foreign language. )))

Some Guy: "|)13 |\|0\/\/ |=00l!!! |=33l |\/|j \/\/r3t|-|!!!"

((( He roars in triumph as he knocks out Forest Law and wins another round of Tekken Tag Tournamnet. )))

Jack: "Er...who th' hell're you?"

((( The guy looks over at Jack. He's a weird looking man. He's young, in his late teens or early twenties, definitely. He has blonde hair and and whiskers from not shaving in a few days. His hazel eyes are clouded with fatigue from staring at screens for a long while. He's about Jack's height and is sort of plump, but not really fat. He wears some old sneakers, a read shirt with an assortment of different game company logogs and things with some dirty khakis that look as if he's been wearing them for a few days straight. He wears a red headband that the longish blonde hair droops over, covering an eye as he turns to observe Jack. )))

Nick: "|\|1c|[ t|-|3 g3|\/|3 |\/|3$t3r!"

((( Jack blinks. Then he turns to Sherry. )))

Jack: "What'd he say?"

((( Sherry shrugs. )))

Jack: "Awright... anyway... Nick was it? Stop hoggin' th' system, awright?!"

((( Nick looks over Jack and then grins. )))

Nick: "J00 c@|\| |-|3\/3 t|-|3 $j$t3|\/| t0 J0|_|r$31|= 1|= J00 |334t |\/|3!!!"

((( Jack looks at Sherry who shrugs again. )))

Jack: "...um. Didn't quite catch that."

((( Nick produces a controller seemingly out of thin air, already connected up to the system. Jack swears he didn't see it like that before. )))

Nick: "Pr3p4r3 t0 |\/|33t |)3|=34t, |=001!!!!"

((( Jack shrugs again and picks his team. Forest Law and Roger. Seems good. Nick the Game Master selects King and Armour King. )))

Nick: "|)13 |\|0\/\/ |=001!!!!"

((( Before Jack can een move, Armour King puts Forest Law into a pretzel hold and makes Roger wet his pants and run away. King and Armour King do their victory poses. )))

Jack: "What?! How th' fuck?!-"

((( Nick goes back to playing the game while Jack goes into a swearing rage. Some employees come up. )))

Employee 1: "Sir! You're going to have to leave now!"

((( Jack thrashes around. )))

Jack: "Hey! Fuck you!"

Sherry: "Jack! Calm down!"

((( Nick stops playing the game and speaks. )))

Nick: "J00 @11 $|_|x0r."

((( The two employees look enlightened. )))

Employee: "Y-y-y-ou... you are so right!"

((( The employees walk away all teary eyed. )))

Jack: "What did he say?!"

((( Sherry shrugs. )))

Jack: "Awright, well let's go, then..."

((( Jack and Sherry walk off while Nick pulls in another victory... )))
