She smiled, ever raidiantly. I just came here a couple of weeks ago from my homeland in Australia! I liked it back there but I needed a change. It's exciting here! I tried pizza! she beamed, seeming simply delighted about it like it was an amazing event. I haven't tried a hambuger yet...does it taste good? It sounds nasty... She sighed smartly and watched the sun slowly go down. Next to her, Max, who had gotten used to William, sat at the man's feet wagging his short tail. His tongue lolled out to the side of his mouth as he breathed heavily.
Lessie stood up, suddenly full of energy. Let's race! she was excited having found something out in her mind. I could have a friend. she thought silently to herself. Back at home the only friend she had were close relitives and shopkeepers. Never had she had a friend that she had found on her own. Race! she said again, smiling. She wasn't a child but she had a fun and somewhat childlike personality. Her eyes glittered with delight as she looked at William.
