He was no longer able to use that hand, and was very glad she hadn't seen it......the fingers has been broken so many times they wree disfigured and twisted. Her returned kiss yanks his thoughts away from the hand, however, and he closes his eyes tightly aginst the wave of emotion suddanly taking him.
