You currently don't have any widening of the chest or shoulders. This really should go with muscle growth (perhaps an additional specific chest growth effect?) -- (I think this is what provides the really feeling of power for growth, and it might also work well giving you more space for breasts and muscles. (Although may not be easy to do?)
