Just be yourself! Yes the competition is really steep, the Teen USA girls seem to dominate the whole week just because they have been to "Teen USA"... don't let it drag you down, stay focused, be there to compete but to have a good time as well. Don't concentrate on coming home with the crown because that should not be your only focus it is an experience that is for sure. I went last year and had a great time.

For fashion, try something sexy but trendy from somewhere like bebe or cache that is where most of the girls went. Just an idea.
