His own blade whips out, crossing hers before it reaches his face,and locking at the hilt. He backs away for further explanation.
"A good move, but be careful when attacking at the face, the whole of your sword was exposed and I was able to lock yours. If I had a dagger, I could have stabbed you with my other hand. A good fencer, if working against a good opponent will tire him, try for less fatal injuries, so that their defenses will be lessened and you can close in without chance of personal harm"
He pauses and raises an eyebrow.
"However, that was excellent, and such a move could prove valuable to you, though perhaps in slightly different circumstances. In anycase, you've shown your talent" he smirks slightly, "I see no reason for me not to return your attacks.."
He motions with his fingers, again the 'come hither', readying himself for the attack..
