Well since from another Quickening eppy description I heard that there's a vampire cult calling the baby The Miracle Child, of course a baby being borne of two vampires would be considered a miracle so obviously it must play some big role with the vamp world for good or for bad.

And if someone else asides from Angel is gonna deliver the baby I'm gonna assume Fred or Wesley, my bets are on Wesley since he's the more sensible one and seems adept when it comes to dealing with demon impregnations.
