I noticed that too, especially during her fight with Angel. Granted she had vamp teeth in her mouth for part of it, but you're right.

Oh my God, every time I hear her scream I feel like crying. It sounds like something is just ripping her to shreds inside. Man, that's gotta hurt.

I wonder if that scene takes place after the sonogram or before.
