This is the blurb from TV Guide. The one from the WB was the one below trying to give us the impression the baby is evil. The TV Guide one though makes it sound like they uncover the prophecy first and then later Darla shows up.

TV Guide blurbs are definitely more trustworthy than the WB's.

I used to like Cordelia but her development last year made me not so much a fan of her's anymore. The writers really made her unlikeable last season for me esp. in her treatment of human Darla. I guess they are trying to remedy that by going this route.

You bring up a good point about the friend deal. I thought Fred would act as a friend for Cordelia. I thought that was one of the reasons she was brought onto the show, but obviously her and Cordelia don't mesh at all. The writers are also trying to show us that they clearly don't in several instances so far this season. Plus, I so agree about the Cordelia/prostitution thing. That's a good one! Wow, so many similarities here. Plus, Darla doesn't take crap from anyone either.

Looks like we are heading for some "I am woman. Hear me roar" instances soon! Yippee! Oh wow, this could be really cool!

AHHHHH!!!! =) I love it! It's just that I keep remembering from "Hearttthrob" that Holtz wanted Darla dead more than Angelus. I'm thinking that will come into play later, which is why I see Holtz going after Darla big time more than anyone else. I can see Holtz wanting to destroy the baby simply because it'd be revenge and he knows it'll hurt Darla and Angel more than anything.

But maybe Holtz will turn around and work with them to defeat the big huge evil that's prophecied to come.

Oh!!!! Me too! I want to see that so badly! I'm sure Angel would make a great father. Hm, I'm thinking episode 9 though and then like you said Holtz will arrive.
