Don't worry, I've got plenty of supplies. We'll share when the anti-Darla brigade starts moving. Should be starting up mid-November. I hope I have enough winter coats and socks for everyone...

I was slightly wary of Darla being back at the start of AtS season 2. I wasn't sure what role she was going to play in the season. I didn't even start really liking her until Dear Boy. I haven't thought of her as a true "villain" since that ep.

Ah, DF, the thorn in my side. I haven't been able to forgive him for doing that stupid interview.

I've always found it a little funny that after Hearthrob aired, there were several posters who kept saying that the father of Darla's baby is Lindsey, when there was never a sex scene shown between the two of them.

Plus,
>I’m sorry, but I’m not going to poke fun at someone

I've always wondered what exactly pushed Darla into prostitution. Was it to escape a terrible homelife? Was she abused at one point? Did she lose her parents through a fatal illness and had to make her way as a "lady of the evening"? I took a history class that focused on American Woman's History from the Colonial Period to the end of the Nineteenth Century and it brought up the subject of how women had to survive and what kinds of jobs that were available in those days. It really wasn't until the mid-nineteenth century in the U.S. that females began to enter the workforce as teachers, and nurses (Clara Barton, Florence Nightingale, Dorothea Dix. Before, women could only be wives, spinisters, and prostitutes. To those who say, "Well, she could have opened up a tavern or become a boardinghouse lady"; I say, women who owned taverns or boardinghouses had to fight an uphill battle to keep their reputations clean. Even then, owning a tavern or boardinghouse caused people to think that a businesswoman was really a prostitute.

Sorry, for the ramble, I'm a history major. :)

>"What is this thing growing inside of me?" Heh!

I laughed at the "Men are such babies" line.

>Oh man, you are NOT kidding there. I’m tired of the
>"I’m so special" rap as well. I may like you Angel,

Remember Disharmony? That is one ep where I truly wish Angel had gotten his face beaten up. Soulier than thou, indeed! Well, it looks like he's going to get his comeuppance at last with the baby.
