辦理換領《通行證》手續，須交驗本人香港身份證和舊證正本（包括原證期滿失效）。填寫《通行證申請表》一份，提交近半年內拍攝的二吋（即應不超過45mmX55mm及不小于40mmX50mm）正面免冠、無任何修飾白底或粉紅色底彩色照片一張（噴墨打印機制作之數碼相片不適用）。提交所交驗的證件的影印本一式兩份(須用A4 紙影印)。持回鄉證換證的，請提交該證的第2、3、4頁影印本(須用A4 紙影印）。 -- 七姊妹
