Subject: 咁你做野都幾有效率喎~哈~點呀, 而家你地應該都習慣左個邊d生活喇下嗎? 我下個禮拜就係reading week喇, 大家如果有function就早出聲喇, 個bbq團而家都病危喇喎, 大家究竟想點? 同埋大家姐同dry係唔係已經唔上黎呢>? 點解你地唔留言架? 你地可以上黎邁下自己的近況嗎? 我近日仍然係心情唔好, 不過你地都知啦, 我都好情緒化, 一時時, 算啦, 應該好快無事掛......天氣涼了, 大家好好保重呀! 係呀, 呀fit呀, 我講減肥個個醫生呢......真係好掂......拿,佢會唔會之後反彈肥番我就未知, 但係我而家已經無左7lbs......幾恐怖......(個幾week咋!)不過當然要加下自己的苦功啦, 飲食習慣都有少少改變. 詳情later再講啦, 我會成日上黎架喇, 大家多d番言啦, 唔係就waste左牛屎敏一番心機喇!
