Subject: machrihanish why all the secrecy

having read the machrihanish report i can honestly say what a lot of baloney. i worked there for 5 1/2 years with a civilian airport authority and 1 of the easiest ways to get to machrihanish is to take the loganair flight from glasgow or fly in by private aircraft the landing fees are reasonable.the time i spent there was from 1/4/96 until 20/08/2001 having witnessed 1 or 2 exercises, the lights are normal on at night for short periods to accomodate air ambulance flights from glasgow this is also opearted by loganair.
