: ~ remembering the blackwyne was low when she was hanging botas...using a pot holder she removes the nearly empty kettle...sitting it aside for the moment...retrieving a clean kettle from the storage closet...ladling fresh water from the water barrel into the kettle...placing the kettle above the flames to heat....muscles in her arms straining as she does so ~

: ~ padding over to the spice counter an air of serenity around her....pulling the spice grinder toward her....uncapping the container holding the blackwyne beans...using a thumb and forefinger removes several of the expensive beans...placing them gingerly in the grinder...putting the top back on the container...pushing said container back into its proper place ~

: ~ wrapping lil fingers around the crank...slowly turning the crank watching as the whole beans are slowly ground down...inhaling the aromatic scent....when the beans are throughly ground she spreads a piece of cheescloth on the counter...pouring the ground beans onto the cloth...knotting it securely at the top....going across the servery to the firepit....adding the bundle to the now hot water ~

: ~ wetting a clean rep cloth...wiping the spice counter down....adding some water and soap flakes to the dirty kettle....cleaning it throughly before discarding the dirty water outside...after making sure the outside door is locked she puts the kettle in the storage closet....tossing the cloth in the pile to be washed....turning and making her way to the Hall ~
