Maganda ang album na revival ng all-OPM hits at ito na rin ang pinakamagastos na album ni Regine dahil mahal ang ibinayad ng Viva Records sa rights ng 17-track album. First single release ang Forevermore na original ng Side A Band at theme song ng Forever in my Heart. Maintriga ang second single release na Minsan Lang Kitang Iibigin dahil original ito ni Ariel Rivera. Inakala agad na kaya ito isinama ni Regine dahil naging theme song nila ng singer-actor noong sila pa. "Huwag na kayong mag-react. Matagal ko ng gusto ang kanta and in fact, kinanta ko ito sa Folk Arts Theater sa concert ko Bianca Lapus at twice ko nang kinakanta sa S.O.P. Sinabi ko kay Ariel that I'll be singing his song at okey lang sa kanya. Favorite ko siya, ang ganda-ganda ng song," ani Regine. Si Regine ang namili ng songs na kasama sa album gaya ng Hang On at 'Di Bale Na Lang ni Gary Valenciano; Each Day with You at Ikaw ang Lahat Sa Akin ni Ogie Alcasid; Paalam, Say That You Love Me at Kailan ni Basil Valdez; Perfect ng True Faith; Araw Gabi ni Nonoy Zuñiga, Mahal na Mahal Kita ni Archie D. at iba pa. Guesting in the album are Andrew E., Naldy Gonzales of Side A, Jay Durias of Southborder and Medwin Marfil of True Faith. May kasamang video CD ng music videos ng Pangarap Ko'y Ikaw directed by Louie Ignacio, Say That You Love Me at Minsan Lang..., kasama si Raymond Bagatsing at mapapanood sa MYX sa Oct. 10, both directed by Avid Liongoren . Sa Oct. 17 ang TV launching nito sa S.O.P. at sa Oct. 24 ang showcase sa Podium. Incidentally, nilinaw ni Regine ang sinabi sa TV na last concert na niya ang Reigning Still na gagawin sa Araneta Coliseum sa December 3 & 4. Naligalig ang kanyang fans at baka nga totohanin niya ang ipinahayag. "Nagloloko lang ako pero, possible dahil ako ang producer nito at baka wala na akong pera. Saka, every four years ako may solo concert at naisip ko kung may manonood pa ba sa akin at kung kaya ko pa bang mag-concert? Regine is such a trip, ain't she? ;-) That was a pretty smart impressive move there too. She knew people (especially fans who are within her circle) are going to react and make comments about her singing one of the songs that was first recorded (or more known) by U-know-who. Now even before that album is released she already got her own response about it that basically prempts the issue before it happens! Stops writers from bringing it up in their usual intriguing way since she already has her reason out in an article. You don't see this kind of smart move by any artist too often. I'm impressed.. She's still her own best handler. May have just killed a few possible bad image postings from happening in the Manila Bulletin by our favorite shameless writer I like to call the "Scuttle-Nut."
