I just arrived home, just finished watching Regine's concert. The concert was really a huge success. I can say that among local singers who staged concert here in Singapore, Regine's the most successful one. Punong-puno ang Fort Canning Park. Good thing, the weather was so good. After waiting for a long time, parang ang bilis..bitin talaga ang mga tao...sana masundan agad...for sure mapupuno muli ang venue. The usual, Regine was so great. She sang so effortless at maneng mane na sa kanya lahat ng kanta niya...all her renditions were so great...She opened the concert with Narito Ako...then followed by Dancing Queen. Then the medley of her movie theme songs. Regine is still a very generous person, she allowed this nameless boy band group in Singapore to have a duet with her. Of course, for them to have an exposure. They sang "I will Always Love You". Then Ogie came on the stage and they sang medley of Ogie's song. Ogie was really a funny guy. He was able to bring the whole place in laughter. Then Regine came back, and they sang "Hanggang Ngayon". One of the most applauded song was their duet of "The Prayer". Both of them were so good. Then ang walang kamatayang "On the Wings of Love". Last song was "I dont Wanna Miss a Thing" na medyo iniba nya ang version. Lalo pa niyang pinahirap. Then the people asked for more and the encore number was " I will survive "a naghubad pa siya ng sapatos para lalong makasayaw..Then the people all stood on their feet to dance. Well all in all the people were really entertained, I hope may kasunod agad...and working in other country like singapore, and you'll see and hear Regine singing....you'll really feel proud that you're a filipino....Congratulations again to Regine & Ogie and of course to us also her fans....
