SOP started off with a performance from the birthday girl (with KC). They sang "Bring Me To Life" again. I have no complaints even though they already did this song a Sunday ago. It sounded better this time, complete with props and dancers... She sang "Dadalhin" with Gabby and Dingdong in the Videoke portion where they showed some clips of tonight's telesine. Excited to see that too. That would be a nice ending to my Sunday. Next, in the Back2Back2Back portion, the main hosts plus Martin and Gary, sang duet songs of Reg's. There was a small blooper in the part of Ogie and Reg when they sang "Hanggang Ngayon" but it was okay. And for a while there, I thought kakapusin si Reg ng hininga sa duet nya with Gary ("Muli"). Richard made an appearance. He sang "Tuwing Umuulan" with Reg. Then they showed VTR of KC and Aga greeting our birthday girl. Aga and Reg's presence on the big screen is really kilig sa masa so I hope they get to do another one soon! Sharon made a "surprise" visit. She sang "Starlight". It would really be a treat to see Sharon and our beloved Songbird in one movie, eh? Sharon can make that happen if she's really serious about it. She sang "All My Life" with Zebedee. It was more of a backup though. Then she sang "Hinahanap-hanap Kita" with Lani and Jaya. That was fun to hear. Lastly, she sang the theme song of her Nestle commercial... Good thing my professor for GS was absent so I was able to see it.The opening number was fantastic! nakakapangilabot sa ganda :) the VTR of KC and Aga was truly kilig. Much more with the appearance of Sharon Cuneta!!! I was so excited with the telemovie, Huling Yakap Sa tag Araw, it was so heart wrenchingly beautiful! and was able to showcase Regine's growing talent and maturity in acting, I just sense a deep sadness in within her during the telemovie. somehow I have the feeling that there must be some deep sadness as an inner motivation to give justice to her role as Anna. If she felt the story related or had some meaning in her life then maybe you're right. If not then I'd say it could be because the last time they were in a telemovie of some kind before she said kissing DingDong felt like she was doing incest because she felt he's too young to be paired with her. So maybe she was reliving the experience of the filming they did. lol.. I'm always kidding around on Dingdong since he's the ex-bf of my favorite adopted little sister Antoinette Taus. And Reg is right. He's too young though good looking enough for our showbiz standards. I think they need many more actors in the business. Reg's running out of alternative leading new men.
