Download is run by Clear Channel http://www.clearchannelsucks.org

Downloads 1st year: quicker to confirm/book better bands than reading, can afford to charge less for tickets, has better (paid for with CC's huge bucks) line up that carling weekend, is at donnington.

Download will kill off reading within 5 years as Clear Channel will own Mean fiddler and ..well..everything else
