QUICK TEMP WAY:
You could right click on the MP3 and select "Save Target as" or "Save Link as" save it somewhere and open the track with Windows Media Player (WMP) from there.

OR

LONG PROPER WAY:
If you're running WinME or WinXP you can set up WMP as your default MP3 player by right-clicking on any MP3 already on your hard drive and select "Open With" and select "Choose Program" Then select WMP in the list and tick the box that says "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" then click "OK".

There's probably a way to do it in other Windows, but it ain't as easy and I can't remember.
