She looks over at the female coyote, her expression softening. "Oh...no, no, please understand, I am the one who came to Toya before he had a chance to go and speak with this Oaken, it is my fault that he is not already doing so." She said, feeling guilty as obviously the coyote must have felt rather decieved. It was best, she decided, to just take the blame for the situation, and if Toya agreed, perhaps Marena would not be angry. She had not meant for anyone to see her talking to Toya, aware of the hatred directed towards her kind by the coyotes, even if she did not associate herself with one side or another.
