Subject: Life at its Lowest...

*Kadiri sighed, walking into the area. Her head lowered, as well as her tail, her scarlet eyes not seeming to have the same happy, full-of-life glisten to them as they once did, not even her fur seemed to have he same shine and delicacy to it that it always had. She walked along, next to the lake, her paws imprinting in the cool damp sand. Flashes of all that had happened over the past few months appeared over and over again in her mind...walking into the cave at the mountains and seeing Seian lying there practically lifeless, shot by a human, the fights she'd had with Orion, all the harsh things said, Terrie, to this day she still hated her with a passion, for helping pull Orion farther away from his family, and now seeing Yukari, lying there, under that tree in the graveyard, gone. Gone forever. The one wolf she was the most close to than any other wolf in the pack, in her life, the one she knew for sure she'd grow old with and die together, was now gone. Everything good that had happened in her life, had now been taken away from her, in the blink of an eye. Suddenly she spotted something...the den, out in the middle of the lake. The den her, Seian, and Orion owned, back when they were all together. She walked down the pathway to the den, and looked in. The place had cobwebs, dust, and leaves from the fall, all around and inside it. Obviously no one had came and taken it. She flicked the leaves and cobwebs out one by one, and then stepped on something soft. She looked down, and saw three large animal skins. She winced at seeing them. She slowly bent her head down to them, and sniffed...Seians scent, and Orions, still there clearly. She gently picked it up, and dragged it just outside the den, and sat it down. She lied down on it, staring dismaly out into the forest and all the brightly colored leaves falling from the trees. A sadened haze seemed to have overcome her, as occasional tears trickled down her cheeks...*
