Somewhere along the line, we've convinced our selves that we are not our own best companions for the time in between.

Nevertheless, we enter and exit with our most loving companions... our selves.

The thoughts that we attend to are the realities that we create.

The thoughts that we unawaringly attend to are the realities that we unawaringly create.

And the thoughts that we awaringly attend to are the realities that we awaringly create.

It's not the differences in thoughts or realities that matter.

It's how awaringly or unawaringly we attend to them.

To awaringly attend to something... is to place your attention on something with awareness.

Nothing more; nothing less.
