+*^He seemed to age before her eyes. Well age wasn't truly the right word. His hide became mist-like and see-through. Eagle like wings drooped and withered. The once handsome face was now ravaged and crisscrossed with gashes and bites. Across his throat lay an ugly slash. Last his graceful blue diamond spear fell from his head. Optics, dead and blood splattered, stared out at the mare he loved.^*+
"Lily do you see what I went through? You know what the dead must do before life can be given. You were the one who studied it so well. You also saw Glacier put this mark 'pon my neck."
+*^He gingerly moved his wings forward to hide his becoming ever more hideous face.^*+
"What else do I have to do to prove myself, Lily."
+*^Peeks through the tattered feathers. If she had any other way he would do it, but could not force her or anyone else to believe him. If she did not, he would leave and never bother her soul again. Secretly he called, being in his tortured form, to the one who once tormented him.^*+
"Glacier! I know your here. Come out, come out, little brother. Time to face your past."
+*^Even if Lily didn't believe him and he did fade, he would finally have his murderer brought to justice and sent to the hellish lands prepared for him^*+
