Fuck them! We'll organise a gig in Doran's soon. If you guys have enough material to "headline"(45 - 50mins) then you do it. We'll support you and get one other band to open up. If our gig on the 12th goes well, we should have a little more leverage with the guys in Dorans, which means we can get a Friday night(maybe!). But if its not working out - Fuck Blast! We'll organise our own gigs and blow the fuckin roof off! Its much easier than people think to get a gig in this town. All you have to do is sort it out directly with the venue, sound like you have pair of balls and you know what to do with them!! The venues deal with anyone they think will make them money. The trick is to either make them the money or make them think you can make their money. Either way you have your gig and a foot in the door. Get in touch and I'll talk to you about it some more.
