Spirituality is a particular developed quality of the spirit. 'Q' is really quite correct in the assertions made - there is a church within us all; we need not go to church, a church or the church.

Regarding your hurt, time is the greatest healer. A problem can seem massive in size next to little ole you, but as each day progresses, it steadily diminishes in size until one day it is the same size as you. You know'll know then that the following day it will be just that bit smaller; and so it goes on.

Basically, where hurt, stress and anxiety are concerned, together with all human frailty, being philosophical is really the only remedy, otherwise we go insane.
