Don't know if this will help but when my puter starts acting up like that I make sure my cache is empty. In my toolbar there is an options menu and from there I have to go to preferences. In there it has "empty cache" and I know there is one somewhere on AOL as well. Just can't remember where to find it. If your cache fills up or gets overfull, it creates a problem in loading. It slows down your whole system actually. Same with too much mail and too many bookmarks. I call it cleaning house and it will keep your puter lean and mean. That's all I have to offer. Good luck!
