Morning to you two singers! :)

The word "accept" popped out at me Don and whenever this happens I get a little trigger in my mind that tell me..thats it. Pay attention. Yes, I have felt that I need to accept the situation. Accept the people. Accept the anger the hate the worry the negative from others. Just accept and it will pass through me and I will become better integrated.

It is like pushing an elephant up the stairs. LOL which is a song that comes to mind. :)

I too go kicking and screaming into this good night.

The world we are in now is not the world we knew. Acceptance is the only way I know how to flow with it.
