I have had a harrowing experience with trying to get a DSL service called "Road Runner" installed in my computer.
A tech inadvertantly erased most of my windows leaving me with no internet capabilities. (I was forced to watch TELEVISION NEWS, and try to digest the garbage they feed the public daily).
Well, three techs later I am back and have the darned thing installed. It is so fast that it shocks me at times. I am getting used to the format. You no sooner click the key and you are there or your message is sent. "by golly, ma, this thing is a hoot" lol...
