halter still hanging in his mouth he gallops along the fence line. Ivories bared he hangs his head down dropping the halter he gallops still enjoying the run. He worked his mouth as he came up to a jump that had once been set up. He raced towards it and jumps it cleanly. Blood oozed from his sore leg but he did not feel the pain. He raced towards a higher jump and jumped that one. The one who had tried to put his halter on was going to find it excessively hard to catch him.

I thought came to him, *Shalidar, that prefect for you* He picked upa run and scooped up the halter, *Shalidar get back her you insane horse, your going kill yourself one of these days.* His strong thighs carried his easily over the ground and he cut off the steed in the corner where the gymnastic of jumps ended sharply. He was used to this behaivor but never enjoyed it until this stallion. *Shalidar stop it now, your being such a colt* He smiled at the magnificant steed and saw off in the distance a young unfamilar women standing by a beaten up truck, he waved quickly and motion her to come over, then got back to work with Shalidar.


(I wanted him to finally think of your name im sick of calling him "the horse" lol)

he shook his head sohard that he couldn't get the halter on. Then he noticed the apple. he snatched it out of his hand and munched it happily.

*No I'm alright, he might do something crazy if anyone else is in here. You little devil Shalidar, stop moving and let me get this on, good boy* He manages to slip the halter over the steeds cranium and clip on a lunge line while he busily chews on the apple, patting his shoulder he mummer softly once again to be good and attempts to lead him towards the gait, hoping to not get a huge reaction and have him gallop around again.

Shocked that Shalidar was being well behaved he unlatched the gait and lead the spirited stallion out of his paddock. He turned around and shut the gait then head towards the bathing corner of the barn. He called to Riena that he would just meet her there and clucked to Shalidar to follow. The stallion seemed to trust him a lot more than anyone else around the ranch. He led him to corner and let the steed look around before attempting to clip on the crossties which would keep the steed in the corner.

he whickered and shook his head. he reared a little but came down silently. He nudged at josh's pocket sniffing it wondering what was in there.

*Alright you win, you got my* He pulls out a carrot and gives it to Shalidar and clips on the crossties while he is busy chewing on the carrot. *Heres one more for you good behavior so far boy* He gives him another carrot and then walks off grabbing the bucket of warm water he had filled before going to get him. Taking a spounge from the shelf he dipped it into the water and then walked to his side. *Now you better let me clean that leg or there will be no more roping around for you for a while and no more apples and carrots* He smiled and stoked the steed shoulder waiting for a reaction.

He munched on the carrot and then turn his head towards Josh. He stuck his nose in the bucket but pulled it out quickly. That was warm water, he snorted trying to rid himself of the taste.
