Make the student section an actual "student section". Put in some speakers and have some yahoos in front of them leading cheers, throwing out food, coupons, mugs etc. The fratboys and surfers need a promt to cheer being that they don't generally understand the game of football so if there were some people down in front getting loud when the opposition has the ball maybe the COMM majors from the OC would be able to pick that up.
