Dick Mason asked Coach Lee, during the post game interview,..."what are you feelings regarding this year's team's performance"? Coach Lee's reply, "......disappointing". A comment indicative of the type of coach, Coach Lee is, a coach accustomed to winning.

ISOLATED...on California's central coast, may have been what he was referring to.... getting quality teams to come into SLO to play Cal Poly.

ACADEMICS...an on going problem that will only get more difficult as the scholastic level at Poly rises! Private institutions probably have the flexibility to joggle classes and grades for their student-athletes knowing 'big-brother'(the State) is not watching.
