Subject: Big West Fans

People on the Big West Board have been complaining about taking UC Davis into the conference because we play football. "You guys should do the rest of the conference a favor and drop football" is a common thread. Did you guys get this type of welcome when you made the transition? I realize most people are just in envy of school's with athletic departments that can afford to keep football but give me a break, Davis will never drop football and I hope Cal Poly never does either.
