Subject: Is a 2 or 3 seed possible?

If the Stangs can win out and finish at 12-6 they could slide into the 3 seed. If Irvine gets swept by Poly and UCSB this weekend and wins their final home game they will finish 12-6 as well. However CP will have the tie breaker and get the 3 seed. I see Utah St. winning out (3 home games) and finishing 13-5. UCSB could finish 14-4 with no loses and finish first, however an upset or two could drop them down to 13-5 or 12-6. If they finished 12-6 there could be a 3-way tie for second with CP and Irvine. I don't know what seed that would give poly.

If the stangs can keep the momentum going, win out and catch some luck a 3 or even 2 seed is possible. That would put us in a great position to make a run in Anaheim.

What do you all think?
