..... There are all sorts of people in all sorts of societies, and some of them vent their anger at times at some people that have harmed outsiders, or intend to harm them or their relatives. Then these angry persons may say all sorts of things that they wouldn't at other times. There are many threats by one group to members of other groups. Compare with what happened in Germany before and during the reign of Hitler, and also what happened in New York on September 11th; much more than just a threat! And what about the cross burnings, for example, by some deranged people with their hatred? And the threats against black people or natives? Lots of hate is and has been recorded, and nobody should be surprised if some of it is in the Talmud too.
